Reporting to the Executive Assistant, in this role you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional administrative support service across a range of activities to the Executive Director team, focusing specifically on two designated directors.
Day to day duties will be varied, but key responsibilities may be summarised as follows: diary management, organising and attending meetings, managing all documentation and correspondence required by the director(s), coordinating all travel arrangements and occasionally undertaking travel to attend events to support or take minutes.
Due to the seniority and demanding nature of this position you should possess a minimum of 3 years’ previous experience working as a Personal Assistant to Senior Directors. Previous experience of a similar role within a large blue-chip organisation would be preferred. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors in an articulate and professional manner. Strong MS Office skills are also essential, with preference being given to those with a relevant IT qualification or RSA Level 3 or OCR Level 3 Text Processing.
