Key Accountabilities
Consumer Contact
•Provide Consumer Service of the highest quality, via telephone, email, letter and a variety of social media platforms, protecting our brands at all times
•Respond to a variety of customer/consumer queries and complaints and respond professionally and efficiently, providing a positive customer experience throughout
•Act as the voice of our brands to the consumer and customer, ensuring all messages delivered are consistent
Social Media
•Pro-actively monitor Allied Bakeries social media pages and identify any posts requiring engagement/response/no response
•Craft on-brand, timely, appropriate social replies to dialogue with customers
Building Relationships
•Develop and maintain relationships with other functions across the business
•Ensure regular and appropriate communication at all levels within the business
Key Skills
We would be looking for you to have a great level of education with previous experience of working in a Consumer Service environment. Moreover, excellent communication skills, both orally and written, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations of stakeholders internally and externally is a must as well as the ability to work on own initiative.
With a keen friendly, approachable and confident manner you will naturally be able to empathise with consumers whilst providing a great brand experience.
An interest in keeping up to date with the latest social media developments/trends would be desirable
These roles whilst initially Monday to Friday may evolve to include weekend working with jobholders working 5 out of 7 days.
