The Role
Are you a Finance Clerk who thrives in a fast paced, energetic environment?
As a Finance Clerk, the overall focus of your role will be to process invoices and payments, provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Finance function in order to ensure effective and accurate financial and administrative operations.

What you'll be doing
One of the key elements of your role is to process day to day financial transactions within agreed processes to enable accurate creation of financial information. You will also be required to process, allocate and monitor payments and receipts ensuring assets and liabilities are appropriately stated in a timely manner. A strong eye for detail is essential as you’ll be coding, logging and matching source documents to enable efficient processing within the financial systems.
You will be required to reconcile transaction data to external sources on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Working closely with other members of the finance team, you’ll offer support by resolving general enquiries via email or phone, escalating where appropriate.
What you'll need
You will be numerate with a high level of data input skills and strong communication skills. You will need to have good attention to detail, strong computer literacy with a good understanding of excel. Previous experience of finance systems and experience of processing high volumes of work with the ability to prioritise and manage workload is essential.
This is a fixed term position.
