We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing plans for Stella Artois in the UK, in order to deliver against annual plan. Specifically, you will lead implementation of Equity campaign and On Trade coordination with trade marketing and sales.
You will lead a cross agency team to develop and implement Equity campaign. Ensure full alignment with the Global Team, as well as Zone Marketing stakeholders. You will lead the On Trade agenda, working closely with Trade Marketing and Sales to develop and implement plans which are aligned to our strategy and drive growth of the brand in this channel. You will work with Insights team to track brand health, understand potential of innovation and activations and evaluate performance.
The desired candidate will come from an FMCG Marketing background, and will ideally have a degree or similar qualification. You will understand your customers and consumers, and keep them at the heart of the brand activity. Proven ability to build relationships and teams is critical, as is the ability to influence cross functional initiatives and proven ability to persuade and influence to achieve challenging results. You will demonstrate clear thinking and acting as an owner, exercising basic financial acumen and making sound judgements
