Job Description
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, auditing and the continual improvement of the quality assurance system.
You will be responsible for providing technical support in close collaboration with our production, maintenance, hygiene and development teams, to ensure that all our products meet Customer and Legal standards.
This role is suitable for someone with a good basic education and preferably 1 – 2 years food manufacturing experience or as an entry point to Quality Assurance in the food industry for a new / recent graduate.
The successful candidate must be a good communicator and team player with proven interpersonal and organisational skills; you must demonstrate a logical approach, having plenty of initiative, along with problem solving and decision making skills in order to achieve results. Experience in using Microsoft packages would be an advantage. Preference will be given to those applicants qualified in a food related discipline and with knowledge of HACCP, BRC Standards and Food legislation.
