About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bakery QA Manager to join the quality and production division of our successful Gunstones Bakery in Dronfield, Sheffield. This opportunity will offer you the chance to build upon your current leadership knowledge within a fast paced state of the art food production facility. It will allow you to play an integral part in the continued develop of the site – ensuring quality activities and targets are continuously met.
As Bakery QA Manager you will relish been a hands on team player with strong leadership skills. You will be a key member of the operations team providing strategic technical support within agreed budgets. You will be customers focused and understand the customers’ needs better than anybody else. You will strive to improve quality for internal and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate high levels of resilience and analytical skills – with a never give up approach. Your day to day duties will include (but not limited to); the control and management of quality policies and procedures on site. You will actively manage and deliver quality functions in line with best practice procedures, implement and deliver continuous improvement strategies across the business and coach and mentor direct reports to improve quality and service.
