Process Operator – Liverpool – CRTB894969
Our client is a large national company with 14 factories based through the UK. Based from their Liverpool factory they are looking to recruit a Production Manager for their processing department. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward thinking company who are leaders in their field.
You will be a Production Operative with experience working in a liquid manufacturing / chemical manufacturing company.
As an operator your role will be to ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the plant and its process. Preparing start ups and shut downs you will deal with all plant actives in accordance to health and safety. The role will include loading and unloading from tankers while dealing with basic maintenance activities while working along side the laboratory quality control team.
To be successful in your application, you must have:
· Experience in a process industry ie Petrochemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical
· Solid track record of working with hazardous chemicals
· Knowledge and experience of working with process control systems like SCADA, PLCS or DCS
The salary on offer is £24,000 working hours for this role are rotating shifts of 7:00 – 15:00 and 14:00 – 22:00, Monday – Friday.
· 20 days leave per annum, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years’ service to a maximum of 25 days
