Job Description
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Production Management team to ensure that all requisite production, quality, profitability and continuous improvement targets and standards are met.
This is a highly demanding senior role within our business therefore you should have proven management experience gained within a FMCG environment. An excellent communicator you will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels.
An effective people manager, you will be a strong leader and role model, exemplifying a best practice approach across all areas such as, performance management, objective setting, coaching and mentoring etc.
Due to the demanding nature of this position, you should also be able to show experience of implementing specific continuous improvement techniques. As a driven self motivated individual, you will be able to demonstrate not only your ability to take the lead and make effective decisions, but also the ability to be innovative and resilient.
