Technical Adminstrator

We are looking for an organised and diligent Administrator for our Technical team.

Reporting to the Assistant Technical Manager, you will be working as part of a busy team, responsible for a range of administration duties including liaising with customers, logging customer complaints, coordinating investigations, database management and providing flexible cover for other members of the team.

Ideally applicants will be familiar with some Technical systems and processes, however this is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

Preferably you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment, however what is most important is the ability to work on your own initiative, manage information methodically and be able to communicate clearly and confidently, maintaining professionalism at all times.

You must have competent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and be able to work accurately and with a high attention to detail.
