Job Description
A great shift-based manufacturing leadership role with the global leader.

As Team Leader reporting to the Value Stream Manager at our Slough plant this shift line management role, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of up to 20 Operations associates to deliver Value-Stream KPIs and project initiatives under our Great Plants, Great People, Great Pipelines strategy. Other key accountabilities include:
building a high-performing shift team of operations associates through induction, coaching and ongoing team-building
leading on factory-wide projects to drive priority initiatives, including communication
driving the engagement of associates through coaching and impact planning.
With excellent standards of numeracy and literacy, preferably to A-level standard, you have a proven line management track record, preferably within a manufacturing environment. With excellent leadership skills, you’re a true motivator who’s also a strong all-round communicator, able to relate to all people at all levels from a variety of backgrounds. Additionally, you have the courage, confidence and composure to confront difficult and challenging situations. With a natural flair for building effective teams, you’re strong on managing and measuring work and can also bring to the role:
