In this role as Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Westmill Sales Team and Wholesalers, visiting Indian Retailers, on planned call cycles, to communicate and sell the features and benefits of Westmill Brands and influence their trial and continued usage.
Key accountabilities include:
- Delivering incremental margin targets in Retailer portfolio
- Building relationships with Bengali and Indian Retailers and auditing brands stocked and opportunities to grow
- Influencing Retailers by building long term relationships
- Implementing solutions which grow outlet sales
- Improving effectiveness of routes to market by developing joint plans with Sales Managers to ensure product availability
- Support events that relevant communities participate in
The successful candidate will have
- 1 years’ experience in Ethnic Sales or FMCG
- A demonstrable strong selling instinct
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Competency in analysis & planning
- A clean full UK driving license
