Head of Organisation Development
Location: Slough, Berkshire

As our Head of Organisation Development, you’ll be an influential leader in the business. You will own and deliver the Talent agenda across our 5 UK factories and our Head Office in Slough.
You’ll work in partnership with the Leadership Team to shape, deliver & embed Organisation Development strategies for KP Snacks that align to our Values & Behaviours, to ensure that the company can continue to evolve with well-motivated, highly skilled and high-performing colleagues.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage the function and therefore make strategic decisions on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Organisation Development. The role will work closely with the HR Director and Executive team to agree Talent strategies for KP Snacks.
The role:
·Leads Organisation Development work across the business, supporting change projects with organisation design tools and activities (e.g. OD workshops); acts as an internal change consultant
·Deliver a talent strategy that defines and connects the people processes of the employee cycle (from hiring-development-performance-succession)
·Leads the Leadership development and curriculums and support ongoing reflective practice
·Leads employee engagement activities and supports the process for action planning through the whole business
·Connects Values and Behaviours into all our (Talent) people processes
·Leads enhancements to training and talent management processes through more efficient systems and processes
·Increase organisation effectiveness by developing tools to enhance team effectiveness
The ideal candidate (essential skills & experience):
·Significant change and transition experience (including organisational change)
·Generalist HR experience at a senior level
·Experience in performance management and talent development methods
·Significant experience partnering with senior leaders preferably in a corporate environment and is comfortable to coach, influence and engage leaders and senior managers
·Proven project management experience
·Line management experience
·Employee and Labour relations experience (Union experience will be beneficial)
·FMCG experience will be beneficial
Package:- £60k base salary
- Car/cash allowance up to £8500
