Recipe for Success:
The post holder will interact with peers and managers within the despatch, depot and sales teams on a daily basis. The post holder will also liaise with inter company suppliers and own production to ensure trunking time schedules are met as well as sales delivery targets. The successful candidate will ensure all products despatched comply with quality and date code requirements. They will also need to maintain and comply with Company Hygiene standards, whilst ensuring their self and work area conforms to Health and Safety policies and standards. You will be supporting the site unloading and loading vehicles and inputting / receipting goods inwards. You will form an integral part of our hygiene/warehouse team.
- Previous experience in warehousing
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good numercial and accuracy skills
- A proactive flexible approach able to work late evening/night shift
- Self motivated and a good team player
- Good time management
- Ability to work to strict timescales
- FMCG/retail experience desirable
- Understand IT System - SAP and SAP Portal

Ensure compliance with all food safety policies and procedures (e.g. HACCP, BRC, AIB) in order to meet the requirements of all professional and legal standards.
To maintain company and statutory hygiene standards throughout designated areas including promoting the principles of basic food hygiene and good housekeeping.
HSE / Food Safety systems and legislation knowledge, i.e. Foundation in Food Hygiene & COSHH.
Worked in a similar environment.
