Job Description
Night Shift - Hygiene
As a member of the Dungannon Operations team within the Hygiene Department the Controller is required to manage and control hygiene resources and machinery to achieve the line / area processing / hygiene plans to the correct costs and to agreed targets. Effective liaison, team working and interaction with operatives, Operations Team Leads and Operations Managers is fundamental.
The ideal candidate will have a good standard of written and spoken English with 12 months experience within a manufacturing or hygiene industry. They will also be numerate, computer literate, have excellent communication / interpersonal skills; be self-motivated and well organised. An NVQ level 3 would be an advantage as would experience with Protean and within a hygiene department.
