This is a regional role supporting our Northern Depots and will require travel including overnight stays.

Site Information

Direct to Store sits within the Food To Go division and distributes our products to convenience stores across the UK. The unit employs 1000 people across a network of 16 depots including locations such as Worksop, Hatfield, Peterborough, Smethwick and East Kilbride.

What you'll be doing

As an HR Business Partner within Greencore you will be working to ensure that our managers and employees understand the HR policies and are implementing them correctly. You will be also be supporting managers in areas relating to disciplinary, grievance investigations and hearings.

You’ll work closely with the wider HR team in areas such as recruitment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, you will also promote employee wellbeing initiatives and use KPI data to identify trends and patterns to support business decisions.

What you'll need

You will have previous HR experience, preferably in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.

We’re also looking for you to have A Level standard education or equivalent, have undertaken, or be working towards CIPD qualification and have previous experience with a range of computer software.
