Our HR Advisor role, based in Billingham, is supporting our largest factory of c700 colleagues.
Reporting to the Site HR Lead, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR related colleague and line manager queries via phone, email or face-to-face. You’ll use your HR knowledge skills and experience to provide guidance all HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements, assist with the effective planning and implementation of new policies and processes.
You’ll be part of a fantastic HR team that are spread across our five UK factories and head office based in Slough. We may be miles apart, but we’re a team that supports each other in everything we do.
The ideal candidate (essential skills and experience):
You’ll be CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification
Experienced in managing complex D&G cases
You’ll have demonstrable Employee Relations experience
Manufacturing environment experience is ideal
