Health and Safety Manager – Liverpool – CRTB894965
Our client is a large national company with 14 factories based through the UK. Based from their Liverpool factory they are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Manager to join their management team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward thinking company who are leaders in their field.
They are looking for a passionate and forward thinking Health & Safety Manager to join their team. They need someone who has good HS knowledge as well as the environmental aspects of the role. They are looking at a person who can challenge the norm and ask questions of the teams within the business while providing a comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental Service to the business. You will ensure compliance with all legislation and have the ability and experience to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Health, Safety & Environmental risk management.
This role will not have any direct reports. The employee will join the rest of the SHEQ team taking full responsibility for the processing assets on site at Liverpool.
You will be required to travel to other sites to perform audits and process improvements which will involve overnight stays.
You must hold a NEBOSH Diploma
The salary on offer is dependent on experience between £40,000 - £45,000 working days 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
20 days leave per annum, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years’ service to a maximum of 25 days
