Vacancy Details: Full Time, Permanent. Bakery
Shift Pattern: Engineering Supervisor, 44 hours per week, over 5 days, Mon - Fri with some weekend working.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor to join the local engineering team.
Key responsibilities will inclue:
- Assisting the Engineering Manager in developing the Engineering strategy and business plan
- Taking responsibility for the management of the Engineering resource to ensure best value is delivered and by adopting continuous improvement techniques
- Assisting in recruiting and developing colleagues in line with agreed functional plans
- Developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators, utilising interna systems
- Ensuring procedures and practices are followed to minimise risk in all areas of legal responsibility
The Individual must possess:
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Planning and Organising Skills
- Good level of IT Literacy
- Previous experience in dealing with and managing people
- Mechanical and Electrical skills
- Previous experience in training Apprentices
