We are looking for someone who is keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to working as part of a team who are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our world class bakery. The quality of our products is reflected in the attention to detail that we put in to everything we do and this role is integral to ensuring the smooth working of our Bakery in order that we produce and deliver quality goods as expected by our consumers.

Essential Ingredients

You will be working in an environment where all food safety policies and procedures are followed and your attention to detail and conscientious approach is vital in order to meet the high standards for our consumers.

Working as part of a busy team, you will be eager to learn new skills and have a flexible approach to helping and supporting your colleagues during the working day. Your reliability is essential to the team.

Electrical/mechanical maintenance experience as well as PLC experience.

ONC preferred but not essential, minimum apprenticeship and City and Guilds qualifications.

17th edition preferred but not essential.

Desirable Ingredients

Achieving the highest equipment efficiencies through routine maintenance, breakdown repair and improvement work.

Diagnosing problems and take a proactive approach to improving plant reliability.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and preventative maintenance of the plant and equipment within a state-of-the-art highly automated production facility.

Communicate and review planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Diagnose problems quickly to ensure a minimum amount of downtime.
