Job Description

Reporting to the Engineering Co-ordinator on shift, our Engineers are responsible for keeping the bakery running efficiently by carrying out planned maintenance work and responding to unplanned stoppages effectively to minimise downtime on the plant. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage a regularly changing workload and to effectively prioritise your tasks. You will be required to work closely with other team members and departments so good communication skills are essential. This role also requires you to maintain the bakery plant and equipment to a standard that meets the requirement for the continuing production of bakery goods and to support all of the manufacturing teams on site. We encourage all of our colleagues to be active in introducing improvement ideas to the site, to make sure that we are always operating in the most effective way.

The shift pattern is 4 on / 4 off days and nights rotating.
