Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 on rota which will include weekend working.

You’re on the road a lot when you’ve a big retail patch to cover and your main focus will be to carry out preventative, routine and emergency maintenance work on all shop equipment and carry out internal and external repairs and alterations to our premises.
Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager you’ll support the Shop Maintenance Team to carry out a regular maintenance schedule, day-to-day repair of shop equipment, electrical repairs and modifications, ensuring machine downtime is minimised whilst repairs are carried out.
We’re looking for someone that possesses excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, with a multi-skilled Shop Maintenance Engineering background. You’ll be a highly trained individual who is able to work both on your own and as part of a team. You should be flexible in your approach to work and have excellent people skills as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you should have an electrical bias and be a qualified Electrician, trained to the 17th Edition IEE wiring regulations and be able to tackle all general maintenance tasks, or be a time-served Engineer able to carry out minor electrical work and all general maintenance tasks.
