Overview

We are working with a Food Manufacturing company based in Cheshire. They are looking to bring in a Packaging Technologist / Artwork Coordinator.

They are looking to bring someone in for a 9 month fixed term contract with a view to making this permanent.
Position Purpose

• To develop and recommend packaging (primary and secondary) for all the business and its customers’ products, ensuring it meets with the specified guidelines and customer requirements.
• Assist the NPD process, ensuring packaging formats, specifications, sizing, prices & order quantities are right first time.
• Lead a continuous improvement and alternative material programme that delivers savings
• Manage full artwork process for new packaging designs and re-prints from concept to launch.
• Provide packaging knowledge and support to wider team.
• Key contact liaison with packaging suppliers and printers.

This is a Monday to Friday role
