Job Description
As the company continues its growth strategy, we are looking to recruit and develop our leaders of tomorrow and applications are now invited for trainee development opportunities throughout our business.
As a management trainee you will take an active role in driving our business forward as you participate in a structured programme of work, learning and skills development; encompassing work placements, project assignments, structured management skills training and individual mentoring from senior executives.
This is an excellent developmental role, for an ambitious graduate, to gain a range of experience, knowledge and skills through a series of clearly defined roles specifically focused within the Finance function. You will have the opportunity to extend your skill set across the full scope of Finance over a 2 year period (changing approximately every six months). There will be opportunities to enhance and add value to the overall performance in this area by providing a comprehensive financial service which will support business decision making.
You will possess a degree in a Finance or Business related discipline. You will have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to allow you to communicate cross functionally. You will have strong Microsoft office skills particularly in Excel and have the ability to meet challenging deadlines. You will be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to be assertive and tenacious. You must be organised and have a structured approach to problem solving and decision making. You must be willing to relocate for placements. Preference will be given to those who have completed an industrial placement.
All candidates should be available from July 2017.
Moy Park can offer you an insight into the diversity available from a career within the food industry, and the opportunity to develop practical, transferable skills; a solid foundation for any career.
